• Anti-Virus Software and Spyware Software to protect you from Internet Viruses and other unwanted software.  
  
• Have your computer ready and setup in your home and ready to go again.

What You Need

First you need your own Windows Disk, either Windows XP, Windows Vista Disk.

If you don't have your Windows disk or you didn't get one when you purchased your computer then sometimes the Windows Reinstallation Files are stored on you computer or laptops Hard Drive.

If you don't have your Windows Disks then no need to worry i also carry a set of disks with me. But you are requied to have a COA(Certificate Of Authenticy) which is your licence key for Windows. This is usually found on a sticker on the side of your computer or under your laptop.



Any other disks or drivers that you got when you purchased your computer. If you are unsure what you need please call me on 0408 663 891.
